After we receive the payment, we try our best to ship our products within 2 to 6 days maximum.

Deliveries to Romania in Greece takes between 2-4 working days (except remote areas or greek islands when the delivery could take 5 working days).

Delivery time for North Macedonia, up to 3 working days for Skopje, rest of the country – up to 4 working days.

We take extra care the products to be efficiently packed, to avoid the damage during transportation.

Return policy:
Before returning any product, please contact us in advance.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. The product must be unused.
Returned products must be very well packed to avoid damage during shipping, otherwise the customer will have to pay for the damage.
